Deli Tool Store opened its first showroom in Indonesia. Deli Tool Store chose Pontianak City, West Kalimantan, as its first exhibition outlet.
The opening of the showroom held on Monday, August 8, 2022, in the Pontianak Mall area. Director of Deli Tools Pontianak, Hendri Tjeng, said that his team chose Pontianak as its first showroom, because Pontianak City has the potential to progress and develop.
“We opened in Pontianak to meet the needs of the growing market. Pontianak is progressing because there are many projects that will be carried out in our area. Our presence is here to provide, and fulfill the goods needed, of high quality with good quality, and to get closer to the people here,” explained Hendri.
Not only selling tools, Deli Tool Store Pontianak also provides a place or education for people who want to know more about tools, or the world of tools.
“This Deli Tool is not the first in West Kalimantan. But in the showroom, this is the first in Indonesia. This opening is a breakthrough so that people don't just shop, or know about tools, but also know the means or gathering places for people who want to know more about tools, or the world of tools," he explained.
At the Deli Tool Store, it provides 14 categories of tooling items from workshops, to products for leather craftsmen. The price also varies, but the most important thing is the quality of the product.

Regional Manager of Deli Group International Area Asia Pacific, Luis Liu, explained that his team was focused on serving the community, and providing the best quality.

Meanwhile, the President Commissioner of Deli Tools Pontianak, Gifty Yap, revealed that in 2022, for customers who are not satisfied or experience damage from the product (machine) from Deli Tool, his team is willing to provide a 1 year warranty by replacing new items.
“For this year, we provide a 1 year warranty after purchase for our customers if there are any who are not satisfied, or there is damage. We will replace it with a new one without service, especially in 2022 because we are preparing a service center," he said.
Not only selling products in the showroom, it also provides a market place for customers who want to shop online and it is even more effective.
